We start with a review of your current setup before making changes, so nothing is touched blind.

Not at all, you can cancel at any time. We’ll refund any unused portion of your subscription. For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 6 months with us, we0’ll refund 50% of your payment.

We define “Urgent” as meaning a crucial website or crucial service is down; without it your business cannot function. In these cases we do our best to respind within 2 hours and to remedy the problem within 4 hours. If you need a faster response we can discuss a customised SLA.

Cheaper often means reactive fixes instead of prevention, and disappearing when you need them most. We’re a long-term steward, not a one-off fix. Think of us as your IT partner.
